The online sales system, which requires active intervention by the customer, was created in full compliance with the regulations on distance selling and in particular in accordance with articles 50 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions).
The use of the distance selling process described in these general conditions of sale applies only and exclusively to consumers as defined by art. 3 of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 and only if residing on Italian territory (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer" and "Customers" for the sake of brevity).
Application of the Conditions of Sale
These general conditions of sale are applicable to all sales concluded remotely through the website www.panamaofficial.com
These general conditions of distance selling must be carefully examined by the Customer before completing the remote purchase procedure of the item of clothing or accessory ordered.
It is understood that the execution of the purchase order through the site www.panamaofficial.com implies the knowledge and full acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the Customer.
Order
The order can be made through the website www.panamaofficial.com by selecting the products presented and following the steps and instructions specified on the site itself.
Upon successful conclusion of the payment process by the customer, www.panamaofficial.com will immediately notify the acceptance of the order, by sending the customer an email with the order number and information about the products ordered, the detail of the price of each product, the shipping address as well as the payment methods and the indicative delivery times, reserving the possibility to communicate within 10 days. following the possible impossibility of processing the order itself, which will be followed by the immediate cancellation of the order.
Once the payment has been made and the acceptance email described above has been received, the order can no longer be changed.
Price
The price of the garments and accessories published on the site is relative to the individual garment, expressed in Euros and inclusive of VAT.
The customer receives, upon acceptance of his order, written confirmation showing the information about the item ordered, the amount paid, the detail of the price, the expected date of delivery.
Terms of payment
Payment by the Customer can only be made by credit card and active PayPal.
Delivery of products
The delivery of the products is carried out both on Italian territory and outside it, to the address indicated by the Customer, only after the regular payment of the order has been made.
Delivery method: express courier or Poste Delivery with tracking.
In compliance with the provision contained in art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the Seller will deliver the products within and no later than 10 days from the day on which the Customer made the payment.
The Seller is not responsible for any delays once the goods are in the courier's hands, or for any delays resulting from customs problems.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are borne by the Seller for shipments to Italy
Shipping costs are charged to the customer, unless otherwise and expressly indicated, outside the Italian territory
Right of withdrawal and return of purchased items
The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in article 54 of the Consumer Code within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the date of delivery of the order, as certified by the shipper.
In order to exercise the withdrawal and return the garment, the Customer must promptly notify the Seller, who will authorize the return and refund the price only after viewing the conditions of integrity of the product being returned.
The Customer must, therefore, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days after exercising the right of withdrawal referred to above, return the products in the same conditions in which they were at the time of delivery.
The return takes place when the garment, within the same term of 14 (fourteen) calendar days, will be delivered to the Seller
Integrity conditions of the article
It is possible to return the item purchased on www.panamaofficial.com only if in the same conditions in which it was received.
The customer must ensure that:
the item has not been used or has been damaged during the test;
the item has not been soiled or has been washed;
the item retains all original pendants, labels and finishes;
the article has not undergone modifications of any kind.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with all the above conditions. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender, to the shipping address originally indicated.
Refund
When an item is returned, the Seller will ensure that it has not been used and / or damaged.
The customer will then receive an e-mail confirming the success of the return, which will indicate the date by which the corresponding amount will be returned.

The collection and processing of data is done for the management and execution of purchase orders and future and in particular for the execution of its obligations under these Conditions of Sale.
Major force
The performance of the services by the Seller can be suspended for the circumstances of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure which prevent or delay its execution.
War, riots, insurrections, strikes and supply problems attributable to third party suppliers are considered as such, merely by way of example and without limitation.
The Seller will inform the Customer of the occurrence of the fortuitous event or force majeure within 7 (seven) days from the occurrence of the same.
Applicable law
These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law.
In case of disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of the contract, the customer has the right to protect his interests through a consumer association in the forms of art. 140 of the Consumer Code, or start an out-of-court settlement procedure for the resolution of consumer disputes pursuant to art. 141 of the Consumer Code.
In any case, the Customer is empowered to take ordinary steps to resolve disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of the contract.
In this case the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
